Services

 Familiar Faces provides quality short term accomodation for people with disabilities to take an enjoyable break from their home environment. All STA is focused on providing a fun break in a safe and supervised environment, supported by friendly and well trained staff. Our breaks offer individually tailored  opportunities to develop skills as well as participate in fun activities or social outings.

Familiar Faces Day Programs cater for adults with intellectual disabilities, providing activities, support and developmental training. 

Our programs and activities have a strong focus on both community participation, independant living skills and enjoyment.

Participants can attend from 1 - 5 days per week and will enjoy skill development activities such as cooking, shopping and communication, as well as individualised appropriate day trips such as swimming and bushwalking. 

 Familiar Faces offers vacation care during NSW school holiday periods for young people with a disability aged 8-18 years of age.

We offer a combination of centre based activities and excursions appropriate to ones particular level of disability and goals. 

We are able to cater for participants who are supported 1 to 1 or in a group.  

 We provide high intensity nursing services and consulting for NDIS participants. Nurses can offer advice and support on a range of complex issues such as: contience management, catheter care and management, wound management, medication management, assistance with medical appointments and education.
