Familiar Faces Day Programs cater for adults with intellectual disabilities, providing activities, support and developmental training.
Our programs and activities have a strong focus on both community participation, independent living skills and enjoyment.
Participants can attend from 1 - 5 days per week and will enjoy skill development activities such as cooking, shopping and communication, as well as individualised appropriate day trips such as swimming and bushwalking.
We provide nursing services and consulting for NDIS participants. Nurses can offer advice and support on a range of complex issues such as: continence management, catheter care and management, wound management, PEG management, medication management, assistance with medical appointments and education.
Familiar Faces provides quality short and medium term accommodation for people with disabilities to take an enjoyable break from their home environment. All STA/MTA is focused on providing a fun break in a safe and supervised environment, supported by friendly and well-trained staff. Our breaks offer individually tailored opportunities to develop skills as well as participate in fun activities or social outings.
We understand that certain individuals require a specialised form of care. High Intensity Support is a dedicated service for those whose disabilities demand more skilled and experienced support. We have experienced staff to care for participants that require catheter care, enteral feeding support, complex bowel care, subcutaneous injections and wound management.

Familiar Faces offers vacation care during NSW school holiday periods for young people with a disability aged 8-18 years of age.
We offer a combination of centre based activities and excursions appropriate to ones particular level of disability and goals.
We are able to cater for participants who are supported 1 to 1 or in a group.
