At Familiar Faces Illawarra, we bring together extensive experience across disability support, nursing, and community care to provide personalised, high-quality supports tailored to each individual’s needs.
Our leadership team brings over 20 years of disability support experience alongside more than 18 years of nursing experience, providing a strong foundation in both clinical care and person-centred support delivery. We have experience supporting participants with a wide range of support needs, including complex care, high-intensity supports, community access, and daily living assistance.
We work closely with participants, families, and support networks to build trusted relationships and create positive outcomes through consistency, compassion, and professional care.
